Our Alliance [TLP]

[ABOUT US]

The Team TLP [TLP] Alliance was formed out of a growing need to push back the hold that Red Army and Envy have formed around various areas of the Albion Online map.  They have the capability to destroy this game if left unchecked, and we’ve seen this during the past betas. As players we must band together to fight against this common enemy.

[MISSION STATEMENT]

“To provide a stable alliance of self-sufficient, PvP-oriented allies that can band together to eliminate or otherwise hinder the progress of common enemies while remaining respectful of each other. “

[ALLIANCE RESPONSIBILITIES]

✅ Each [TLP] Guild is Responsible for providing a 5m GvG team that has at minimum 5 sets of gear for each of their players.

✅ Each [TLP] Guild is Responsible for providing assistance to take and defend [TLP] large-scale PvP 20v20 territories such as cities and/or castles.

✅ Each [TLP] Guild is Responsible for providing assistance to take and defend [TLP] owned GvG 5v5 territories.

✅ Each [TLP] Guild is Responsible for keeping an active roster and adequate vetting of new recruits to minimize the possibility of spies.

✅ Each [TLP] Guild is Responsible for building their own personal wealth as a self-sufficient guild.

✅ Each [TLP] Guild is Responsible for helping to feed [TLP] Caerleon buildings that help sustain their efforts in gearing their GvG teams.

✅ Each [TLP] Guild is Responsible for using all appropriate communications channels (voice and in game chat) to scout enemies.

✅ Each [TLP] Guild is Responsible for keeping an active and productive in game alliance chat channel.

✅ Each [TLP] Guild is Responsible for adequately representing themselves in Bi-Weekly Alliance Meetings with Alliance Leaders.

[ALLIANCE RULES]

1⃣ Don’t be a prick.

2⃣ Alliance chat is ENGLISH only. If you speak another language you must try to communicate to the best of your abilities in English.

3⃣ Leave No Man Behind! If you ask for help, then stay with the group that’s helping you out and don’t leave them stranded!

4⃣ Keep communications short and sweet when detailing scouting missions — we need to know a) approximate # of enemies, b) where you last saw them, and c) what direction they went.

5⃣ No one is responsible for your losses. This is an open PvP world with high risk. It is something you have to be willing to accept to play AO.

6⃣ During Co-Operative Missions (for PvP and/or PvP), there are designated RAID LEADERS. Please listen and do not overstep/overextend.

7⃣ Allies are free to use the ALLIANCE DISCORD — GMs and Co-GMs will get admin rights so they are able to tag their people. GMs and Co-GMs also get access to TLP’s AO Discord Channel if they have to talk to us. Anyone can contact us at any time through this channel.

[ALLIANCE METHOD OF PROCESS]

✅ Adding guilds to this alliance allows us to grow and become an unified force.  However, guilds must have certain requirements met for joining our alliance.

  • Guilds must have a very strong commitment to Albion Online game play of at least 6 months post-launch.  If at any time a guild becomes inactive and a leader does not show up for the leaders meetings consistently, the guild will be removed and will have to re-apply to rejoin.
  • Guilds must have no prior infractions with Sandbox Interactive’s Terms of Service for a period of at least 6 months before applying. That means no bans or reprimands for unsuitable behavior. We will be taking into account the circumstances surrounding an offense and its not an immediate dismissal of your application and our consideration for joining.
  • Guilds must either already have or be working towards getting a strong, competitive 5m team for GvGs.
  • Guilds must be self-sustaining and have the crafters/gatherers that can help to upkeep their GvG teams.
  • Guilds must commit to assisting and organizing their troops for large-scale PvP efforts such as City Sieges and Castle Sieges.
  • Member guilds all get ONE VOTE towards the addition of a new guild.
    • Applicants are reviewed during bi-weekly leaders meetings.
    • Each guild gets ONE vote, logged through our alliance site.
    • A majority vote is needed to allow a guild to join the alliance.  This means that if your guild votes “NO” but all others vote “YES”, the guild will be added despite your objection.  You have to convince us as to why you’re voting no.
    • A break even vote would default to the alliance administrator.

✅ Removing guilds from the alliance is not something we enjoy doing, but at times it becomes a necessity to keep the peace or to protect the integrity of the alliance as a whole.  The following is the method of which the alliance leaders would remove a guild from the alliance.

  • If a guild is purposely enacting negative actions towards another guild in the alliance, and its well documented (screen shots and/or video), a guild would be temporarily removed immediately by the alliance administrator until a full review of the situation can be done at alliance leaders meetings.  An emergency meeting may be called for this review. And its possible to re-add the guild if a resolution that is suitable for all is attained.
  • If a guild has remained inactive for a period of 45 days or more providing no support to other guilds and/or not making the bi-weekly meetings, the alliance leaders can VOTE to have the guild removed for inactivity.
  • If a guild that was previously removed for inactivity wishes to rejoin the alliance, they must re-apply to join.  No majority vote is needed in this instance if the guild has a strong, positive track record with the alliance, but leaders must at least be made aware of their re-application.
  • If a guild is deemed to not be in alignment with the rest of the guilds in the alliance.
    • Removals of this kind are also reviewed during bi-weekly leaders meetings.
    • Each guild gets ONE vote, logged through our alliance site.
    • A majority vote is needed to remove a guild from the alliance.  This means that if your guild votes “NO” but all others vote “YES”, the guild will be removed despite your objection.  You have to convince us as to why you’re voting no.
    • A break even vote would default to the alliance administrator.

✅ Temporary additions to the alliance of non-allied guilds can be extended by the alliance administrators (requested through them) for a max period of 24 hours.

  • At times it may be necessary to temporarily add external guilds or guild members to help our defenses or sieges for a very short period of time.
  • External guilds added for this purpose should be of high standards and abide by our requirements for joining the alliance.
  • Any member guild leaders can request the temporary addition of an external guild and place notice of such in our alliance Discord channels.
  • During their addition, external guilds must follow TLP Alliance rules for the duration of their addition.
  • After 24 hours, the alliance administrators will remove external guilds that were temporarily added.

[ALLIANCE CONFLICT RESOLUTION]

✅ Conflict between alliance guild members will happen.  We’re all human with different opinions and emotions.

  • The guild leaders are expected to try to resolve these issues themselves in a way that can keep the peace between guilds in the alliance.
  • If the guild leaders cannot come to a resolution, the alliance administrators will pull them into a private chat to resolve the issues.

✅ Conflict between alliance guilds can also happen.  These will be resolved in the following manner.

  • If issues arise between guilds in a larger scale, the alliance administrators will pull them into a private chat to resolve the issues.
  • If issues cannot be resolved with mediation to the satisfaction of a) the guild leads in questions, or b) the alliance administrators, an emergency leaders meeting will be called.
  • The meeting called can result in a vote to remove a guild, or BOTH, if conflicts cannot be resolved.
