\nPandora:\u00a0 Greetings, so nice to see some old faces attend this dawn.\u00a0 *nods to Lestat*<\/p>\n

Marius: Aye, Lestat it is nice to see you again.<\/p>\n

Lestat: *shrugs* I was in the neighborhood.<\/p>\n

Pandora:\u00a0 I called this meeting because it has been brought to my attention that the city of Umbra may be in peril.<\/p>\n

Pandora:\u00a0 We must provide assistance to the citizens of that town.\u00a0 They are newly born into this life and have yet to acquire any powers that could assist them.<\/p>\n

Lestat: *raises hand*<\/p>\n

Pandora: Yes, Lestat?<\/p>\n

— Lestat slouches in his chair and crosses his arms. —<\/p>\n

Lestat: Why do we care?\u00a0 Did we make these… newborns?<\/p>\n

Pandora: Well, no. We did not.\u00a0 The town was ravaged by another band of vampires known as LICH.\u00a0 They were hungry, yet strategic. They fed on and then turned almost all the citizens they could find in Umbra, then indoctrined them as their slaves.<\/p>\n

Lestat: LICH you say? And where would they be?<\/p>\n

Pandora: No one knows.<\/p>\n

Lestat: I would surely like to meet them one day. *slight smirk*<\/p>\n

Louis: And do what?\u00a0 *air of synycism*<\/p>\n

Lestat:\u00a0 My dear Louis, still pining away for Claudia are we?<\/p>\n

Louis: *stands from his chair* It would be best if you kept your mouth shut about her.<\/p>\n

Marius: *voice raised* ENOUGH!<\/p>\n

— Louis sat down.\u00a0 Lestat straightened up in his chair. —<\/p>\n

Marius:\u00a0 After how many centuries, we’re still bickering vampires over the most forgotten of things… *pounds fist down on table* … It is intolerable.<\/p>\n

— Table shatters into a million pieces. Louis hangs head down; Lestat gives a small grin. —<\/p>\n

Pandora:\u00a0 Calm down lover, some things are less forgotten than others. *eyes to Louis*<\/p>\n

— Louis eyes meet Pandora’s in acknowledgement. Marius sat down in his chair next to Pandora’s. —<\/p>\n

Pandora: But those things are not the topic at hand.<\/p>\n

Pandora: We will be working to highten security for these newborn vampires.\u00a0 Afterall, they have no one to care for them and I have made it our charge to do so.<\/p>\n

David:\u00a0 *raises hand*<\/p>\n

Pandora: David?<\/p>\n

David: How many were turned?\u00a0 What ages? All adults?<\/p>\n

Pandora:\u00a0 At last count, 59 humans were turned.\u00a0 That includes children, the youngest is 4 and the oldest is 71. Some of their related families were sent away and escaped our fate.\u00a0 For example, the 71 year old man and his wife, 69, are both now vampires, but their children and grandchildren are still human; they sacrificed their own lives to get their family out of harm’s way.\u00a0 That transition has been very tough on that family.<\/p>\n

David:\u00a0Oh my, what is the plan m’lady?<\/p>\n

— David makes a few notes on his notebook and then looks back to Pandora. —-<\/p>\n

Pandora: Well, I am going to require our city’s best craftsmen to help build an outpost for not only our own coven, but also as a presence for the Royal Britannian Guard. That means our best smiths, *eyes shot to Amroth*, and those in their charge and also our stoneworkers and masons must be available to help build this new outpost.<\/p>\n

Amroth: *raises hand*<\/p>\n

Pandora: *looks to Amroth* Yes, sir?<\/p>\n

Amroth: Since this directly relates to me, as I am the city’s elder smith, I will ensure the cooperation of our city’s best merchants.\u00a0 Where is the location of this new construction?<\/p>\n

Pandora:\u00a0 Glad you asked, Amroth and your help is greatly appreciated.<\/p>\n

Pandora:\u00a0 The new construction is being built directly west of the city of Umbra. Right after the\u00a0west-end entrance bridge.<\/p>\n

Amroth: Wasn’t there some ruins in that location?<\/p>\n

Pandora: Aye, I have gotten the town’s citizens to help us clear the area out and build the outpost, so you will have the assistance of Umbra’s finest.<\/p>\n

Amroth: Splendid!\u00a0 Umbra does have some fine merchants and craftsmen.<\/p>\n

Marius: Indeed.<\/p>\n

Cherry: *smiling*\u00a0My beast masters can also assist, dear Amroth.\u00a0 Their brood\u00a0will happily tow away any old ruins that we will not re-use.<\/p>\n

Amroth: Excellent Cherry, surely a greater dragon’s strength will prove useful.\u00a0But afterall, we are vampires. This should not take very long at all.<\/p>\n

Pandora: Exactly.\u00a0 If we all come together to do this, we should be finished in a fraction of the time it would take mortals to accomplish such a build.<\/p>\n

Lestat:\u00a0 My thousand pardons, but I am already engaged elsewhere.\u00a0 I cannot assist.<\/p>\n

Marius: Still in masquerade are we?<\/p>\n

Lestat:\u00a0Partially yes, but the fans while they believe me to pretend to be a vampire, accept me as one none-the-less.<\/p>\n

Louis: A vampire pretending to be a human pretending to be a vampire.\u00a0 How cliche.<\/p>\n

— Lestat shoots Louis a cold stare. —<\/p>\n

Lestat:\u00a0 Like you haven’t?<\/p>\n

Marius: *raises his hand* Very well, Lestat. Thou may be excused from the rest of these proceedings.<\/p>\n

Lestat: *turns to Marius with a squint in his eyes* But..<\/p>\n

Marius:\u00a0 I am assuming I do not have to show thee the door.\u00a0 *taps fingers on edge of chair*<\/p>\n

Lestat: *smirks* This coven is far too rediculous!\u00a0 Helping newborns we didn’t even make… the blasphemy.\u00a0 We should be burning the city the damned ground!<\/p>\n

— Lestat stands, kicks his chair from under him, and with\u00a0a blink exits the coven hold. —<\/p>\n

Marius:\u00a0 *rolls eyes* He truly is a brat!<\/p>\n

Khayman: It takes all I have not to drain him dry sometimes. *without taking his eyes off his book*<\/p>\n

Marius:\u00a0 *sighs* Oh but how I love him for it.\u00a0 Pandora, my love… continue.<\/p>\n

— Louis shifts in his chair.\u00a0 For he too shares the same\u00a0sentiment as\u00a0Marius. —<\/p>\n

Pandora:\u00a0 As I was saying, the outpost will be commanded by Capt. Kalmar Erikkson of the RBG, I’ve already contacted him about it.\u00a0 He will be recruiting new deputies and officers and increasing security patrols of the city.\u00a0 There will be need of a jail.<\/p>\n

Amroth: A jail?\u00a0 To house undead?<\/p>\n

Pandora: Yes.<\/p>\n

Amroth: Good lord! That will add weeks to our build out plans.<\/p>\n

Pandora: Unfortunately, it is needed.<\/p>\n

Bianca:\u00a0 Why not use our city’s jail?\u00a0 It was so well made.<\/p>\n

— Amroth smiles broadly in pride. —<\/p>\n

Marius: Bianca darling, we cannot bring them here.\u00a0 We abide by a different ruleset than the mortals of the Crown and they have\u00a0procedures they must follow. Umbra is very much a part of the Crown’s holdings.<\/p>\n

Bianca: I have many friends in the city of Umbra and to have any of them feel threatened the way they do is unacceptable.\u00a0 In my opinion they should be burnt, beheaded,\u00a0and tossed to the four winds.<\/p>\n

Marius: And that is our way, but not the mortals.\u00a0 I\u00a0hold firm\u00a0that they should do as their Crown bids of them without our interference.<\/p>\n

Pandora:\u00a0I have friends in Umbra too, Bianca. I share your feelings on this.\u00a0 But Marius is right, we must interfere as little as possible.\u00a0 Remember we’re not “accepted” by mortals so easily; the less we impose our ways the better.<\/p>\n

Bianca: It is why I opposed the reversal of our masquerade.\u00a0 I knew mortals would never accept our existance.\u00a0 Can we truly trust Queen Dawn and her subjects?<\/p>\n

Mael: Well, they know what would happen if they crossed us.\u00a0 We’ve assembled most of our ancients and elders here within a day’s notice… and some of our elders are as powerful as ancients for the blood that runs through them is of the fount.\u00a0 A handful of us would mean destruction for their entire Kingdom.<\/p>\n

— Pandora flinches.\u00a0—<\/p>\n

Pandora: I assure you all that would never happen.\u00a0 They called us out of our slumber.\u00a0 They knew the evils of this land would completely overwhelm them without stronger, more powerful beings on their side.<\/p>\n

Armand: *in his Italian accent* Well that we are.\u00a0 But I agree with Bianca,\u00a0we should extinguish all the creatures that stir below the city of Umbra.\u00a0 Do they have a leader?<\/p>\n

Pandora:\u00a0 Well, word is that Ix Tab has managed to sway their leader to her cause.\u00a0 Ilhenir is the charge of Bedlam.<\/p>\n

Armand: Bedlam?<\/p>\n

Pandora:\u00a0 Aye, Bedlam was once a great underground institute of education in the dark arts.\u00a0 But once Ilhenir and his minions took it over,\u00a0 it is now completely overrun by the likes of undead that even we\u00a0would cringe to look at.<\/p>\n

Armand:\u00a0 Deformed?<\/p>\n

Pandora:\u00a0 Yes, very much so.<\/p>\n

Bianca:\u00a0 Ugh, I really hate to look upon deformaties.<\/p>\n

Marius:\u00a0 Pray you won’t have to.<\/p>\n

David:\u00a0 *continuing to take notes* What of Ilhenir?\u00a0 We know of Ix Tab, know her powers are driven by the crystals she guards.\u00a0 What do we know of Ilhenir?<\/p>\n

Pandora:\u00a0 Very little, David.\u00a0 But we do know he wields magic of the most darkest power.\u00a0 He’s learned to summon “Red Death”.<\/p>\n

— The room gasps\u00a0in almost unison;\u00a0collectively. —<\/p>\n

David:\u00a0 I thought Red Death was a myth!\u00a0 No?\u00a0 Has this been seen?<\/p>\n

Cherry:\u00a0 I have personally seen it.\u00a0 And it was under Ix Tab’s power and control in the city of Luna.<\/p>\n

Pandora: Aye,\u00a0 that is confirmed.<\/p>\n

David:\u00a0 Oh my.<\/p>\n

Armand:\u00a0 So this Ilhenir is quite the dark sorceror… well, we will have to unite even further.\u00a0 Lestat’s powers are very strong.\u00a0 Is there any way to convince him to join the cause?<\/p>\n

Marius:\u00a0 I control Lestat about as much as you control the weather, my dear Armand.<\/p>\n

Armand:\u00a0 And Magnus?\u00a0 Surely Lestat would abide by his maker’s request.<\/p>\n

Marius:\u00a0 You forget that Lestat owes Magnus no alligience, for Magnus deserted him.\u00a0 For centuries, it was thought Magnus was dead.<\/p>\n

Louis:\u00a0 Lestat will listen to me.<\/p>\n

Marius:\u00a0 That’s for sure.\u00a0 But you can’t even stand to be in the same room, Louis.<\/p>\n

Louis: Its not of hate.\u00a0 It is of desparate passion.<\/p>\n

Pandora:\u00a0 *Pandora walk over and takes a seat next to Louis* Louis,\u00a0 are you still much bound to him?<\/p>\n

Louis:\u00a0 Like you are to Marius.<\/p>\n

Pandora:\u00a0 *nods and smiles*<\/p>\n

Armand:\u00a0 Louis, could you speak with him?<\/p>\n

Louis:\u00a0 I am unsure that our convictions can be settled before this Ilhenir makes his attack on Umbra.<\/p>\n

Pandora:\u00a0 Try, Louis.\u00a0 For me?<\/p>\n

Louis:\u00a0 *his eyes caught those of Pandora’s*\u00a0 M’lady, I shall.<\/p>\n

Pandora:\u00a0 Very well then.\u00a0 Amroth, you know what must be done.<\/p>\n

Roslyn: I shall assist Amroth.\u00a0 My crafting skills do need a bit of polish though.<\/p>\n

Amroth:\u00a0 No problem there dear.\u00a0 I shall teach thee all I know.<\/p>\n

Pandora:\u00a0 Then we adjourn.<\/p>\n

— Amroth, Roslyn, and Griselda continue to talk among themselves.\u00a0 Pandora, Marius, and Louis strike up another side conversation; Bianca interjects.\u00a0 Armand continues to sit in his chair, staring up at Marius, admiring his command as\u00a0he converses with Louis.\u00a0 Mael, Khayman, and Thorne exit the meeting hall and hold a side conversation\u00a0at the bar.\u00a0 David and Cherry join Amroth’s group for discussion.\u00a0—<\/p>\n

I just take notes.<\/p>\n

Conclusion:<\/strong>\u00a0 CoD will sponsor the building of a new outpost that will be delivered to Capt. Kalmar Erikkson of the RBG to assist in the increase of security patrols for the city of Umbra. The building will be ran and managed by the Capt. and he will recruit new mortals to service under him.\u00a0 The completion of the new building is slated for 30 nights time, but the requirement of a jail that can effectively hold undead creatures may lengthen that time.\u00a0 A letter with the conclusionary statements of this meeting will be sent to the Commander of the RBG via courier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n
