Our history spans nearly twenty years and it started with a twinkle in Blizzard’s own, Diablo where Danitsia, Beelzebubba, and his sister Flair all embarked on a new platform of gaming — the personal computer. Until then they had pretty much stuck to console gaming, mastering PlayStation and Nintendo gaming. The Flair had gotten an invite to a beta and she emailed the producer to ask for a few more beta access accounts for her brother and his wife. And thus they started on an adventure of killing ettins and meeting complete strangers to interact with in the game that has defined this generation, Ultima Online. Below you will find the timeline for the games we’ve played in. Some were short lived, others are still going strong.

In Ultima Online, we continue our Role Playing status as one of the original RPvP guilds living on the Catskills shard. There, we exist as The Children of Darkness– an ancient coven of vampires that seek to profit and extend their livelihood by co-mingling with humans. The Last Prophecy’s venture in World of Warcraft has been extensive. Two existing chapters span across two very different play styles. Our Bleeding Hollow chapter–called simply “The Last Prophecy,” focuses on super-casual play for those with a low time investment ability. Our Twisting Nether chapter, TLP Predestined, is extremely active, highly competitive and currently closed for recruitment. TLP-WoW’s hardcore chapter runs nine 25-man raid groups that run at various times, days, skill levels, and availabilities. This is a guild for those who take their time in WoW very seriously; if you’re interested, you can apply for any one of several set-man raiding groups. Some teams raid only two nights a week and operate on a sign-up basis rather than a static team. These teams are open to casual players, but still require a significant level of overall commitment to the game. |

Led by GM Xenohart and started in April of 2015, our immensely successful FFXIV chapter currently holds over 100 members and continues to grow daily. This chapter is heavily focused on raid content and crafting, and has completed Alexander Savage in Normal mode. As this instance is meant to challenge the most progressive of raiding teams, we continue to polish and hone our skills. The mini-boss alone requires a raid-wide DPS minimum of 6.8k sustained, a difficult yet worthy achievement. Crafting is our second-most important focus in this chapter. In ArcheAge, our focus was both PvE & PvP. With over 200 members at its highest point, TLP-AA was a force to be reckoned with. Although the chapter is now closed, membership remained steady throughout our time within the game. ArcheAge was an excellent example of The Last Prophecy’s flexibility in focus, frequently switching from semi-casual to hardcore and back again as the membership required. Through several server merges and hiccups, a dedicated player base always remained, even when others chose to move on. The Last Prophecy’s ArcheAge chapter finally closed in March of 2016, after nearly two brilliant years of fun, with the majority of players moving on to either Blade & Soul, Black Desert Online, or one of our other chapters. |

Led by one of TLP’s top-level administrators, Cips, The Last Prophecy’s Skyforge chapter first opened in the early days of pre-launch. This unique game provided the opportunity for special challenges and endless possibilities. Guilds, called Pantheons in Skyforge, needed to be upgraded to open up slots for recruiting new members. This led to a semi-hardcore playstyle model that encouraged reliable, trustworthy players who could truly be there when needed. Selective recruiting allowed the Skyforge chapter to hand-pick the best people for the chapter. As the guild grew far beyond 70 members, the requirement for Pantheon members to keep an active status was no longer simple; the requirements had to once again change. Previously, all that was required of members was a small gain in prestige week-to-week; the goal of this was to show that you were, indeed, active. Skyforge merged into another highly active guild during Q4 2015. |
