BASIC RULES

Every guild has them,  here is what is expected of you when you are wearing the TLP tag.

  • Rule number one: Don’t be a pr**k. :face_with_symbols_over_mouth:
  • Stay away from any “double G” words or any derogatory words that make people feel less than human.
  • Be mindful and accepting that we’re open to all kinds of people from all kinds of walks in life, from military folks to transgendered folks, to non binary folks, to the Polish (that’s a joke!), and to the Seniors! LOL We’re not kidding, we had a 76 year old grandpa (Pops, RIP 2020, age 89) that played with us for 13 years!
  • Hop on Discord even if it’s just to listen; socialize with us.
  • Participate in events we run often & provide feedback on what we can do better.
  • Use our website or Discord/FB/Twitter for offline interaction with each other, build that “family atmosphere”.
  • We focus on warring the bosses in raids, NOT warring each other. So, keep politics, religion, prior criminal activities, and other off colored BS where it belongs (in the literal trash!).
  • No griefing or trolling in public areas of our sites, our voice servers, or in the game! That includes both for PvE and PvP activities.

REPAIRED & PREPARED

REQUIRED OF ALL MEMBERS SHOWING UP FOR RAIDS

  • The Right AddOns for the game, specially those that communicate to the Raid/Event Leader.
    • Deadly Boss Mods or BigWigs is a must if you cannot conquer certain mechanics.
    • Heal based addons are a must ONLY if your healing is falling behind the curve.
    • Method Raid Tools is a must for all raiders, they provide raid leaders with valuable tools to run their raids.
    • RCLootCouncil + wowaudit plugin to RCLC is required for any Mythic raiding teams. Heroic and Normal will be open rolls.
  • Completely repaired (all armor and weapons).
  • Completely gemmed and enchanted where possible with the highest ranks available.
  • Completely prepared with all the potions, food, consumables, usable items that are needed to be effective.

WORDS OFF LIMIT

DEROGATORY WORDS in general should never really be used with MALICIOUS intent. And frankly there are a few words that should NEVER be used, PERIOD. we will start with these two (but includes more):

– NI**ER
– FA**OT
– TRA**Y
– DY**

Any of these used in a derogatory manner is an INSTANT GKICK!

METHOD OF PROCESS

Escalation in our guild follows a certain structure when encountering issues among its members.

The guild policy to date centers around INTENT. If the intent is to push buttons, cause discomfort, or otherwise slander a person or group, we have been known to immediately REMOVE said person from this guild, without escalation. Just a GKICK in the pants.  So that can still happen. Traditionally we follow a “Three Strikes” rule and that goes as follows:

1st Offense: Warning made through private threads and/or direct messages.
2nd Offense: 1:1 with the Guild Leaders (officers and above), possibly a 3 day suspension from guild chat & Discord.
3rd Offense: 1:1 with the Co-Guildmasters and/or Guildmasters, possibly a GKICK.

After that it’s an immediate GKICK.

FOR LEADERSHIP

  • No one has the right to GKICK a raid leader but an OFFICER or above.
  • No one has the right to GKICK an officer but an SENIOR OFFICER or above.
  • No one has the right to GKICK a senior officer but a CGM or GM.
  • No one has the right to GKICK a CGM or GM but a FOUNDER.
