After the service for my daughter Saralyn, we gathered at the Bloody Brew. Isonu seemed anxious to tell me what he had been working on; the note we found at Fan Dancers that needed decryption. The threat of these bandits that seem to be rogue vampires created for a specific purpose by Va’lis Raze’le is very real. They seem to want whatever he had discovered, which I am sure has to do with the source of Va’lis’ power. Its thoroughly depressing to think that these humans were not properly validated to be given the Dark Gift, but then again that’s probably not something that Va’lis was taught to do. Only Isonu seems to be of any formidable value.
Sitting in Natasha’s office, waiting for her to finish with whomever she may have in her study, I was reading a copy of the Daily Britain. Seems that city has been very quiet as of late. New Monarch seems to be doing well… ooo I see a new spa coming up in Britain I might want to go visit. Wonder if they keep night time hours? I so desperately need a pedicure!
The Shadow Sextant’s origins land it square in the heart of the Orient, back on Earth. The properties of it are as of yet unknown there. But here is Sosaria, the materials are easily recognizable as shadow ore. The ore will glow a shadowy hue whenever Balrons are present. Of course in our land, this magical property never comes to fruition as the underworld that lies beneath is yet to be discovered by mere mortals. Sosaria is a different place, and here the presence of Balrons are quite the norm whenever we’re digging around the depths of the dark dungeons or places that lie all across it.
